Location is a strong point. Just ten minutes from the subway and The Magnificent Mile. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, offering comfort. The kitchenette is a functional bonus. the breakfast setup fails. Staff interactions lack warmth, often seeming dismissive. Critical information about cleaning policies was not communicated at check-in, which is frustrating. On a more serious note, parking miscommunication led to a towing incident with substantial charges. Cleanliness issues, including mould found under the bed and faulty amenities, diminished the experience. There's potential here, but serious improvements are needed.

I loved my stay here because it's just a few blocks away from the Magnificent Mile, making it super easy to explore famous spots like the Chicago Theatre and Millennium Park, all walkable within around 30 minutes, not to mention tons of bars and restaurants nearby like the Hard Rock Cafe and Giordano's also just a short stroll away;

The breakfast had barely any food, and the staff was outright rude. I felt disrespected after spending so much. The room wasn't cleaned properly, and getting help was impossible. Definitely not worth the money!

We hit up Navy Pier and the museums then crushed some gym time while doing laundry at the Spin2 Cycle. Super convenient for teens on the go! Keeping fresh and staying active - all in one spot. No time wasted, all the vibes!

Wish there was a cooler hangout spot for young night owls. A rooftop lounge or game room would've been epic for us party crew.

The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, adding an extra level of comfort to our stay. we did notice that the room did not come equipped with an AM/FM alarm clock, which would have been useful for keeping track of time during our trip. the flat-screen TV in the room provided entertainment options for relaxing in the evenings. We did not opt for room service, but the availability of this amenity was convenient. In terms of services, we found the laundry facilities to be useful, but there were no visible dry cleaning or shops/commercial services on-site, which may be a consideration. We were not offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which would have been a nice gesture to start off our stay on a pleasant note.

the outdoor fireplace on 2nd level above street was a nice touch, especially for a december evening. the location was perfect for getting around, with the loop, riverwalk, michigan avenue, and gold coast all easily accessible.
